How long does shipping take for large appliances?
Most in-stock orders, including ranges and range hoods, are processed within 1-2 business days. Large freight shipments typically arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
What is the warranty coverage on ZLINE products?
ZLINE offers a variety of industry-leading warranties, including a limited lifetime warranty on range hood motors and a 1-year parts and service warranty on most kitchen ranges and dishwashers.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and has not been installed. Note that return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply to large appliance returns.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we highly recommend that all ZLINE gas products and range hoods be installed by a licensed professional to ensure safety and maintain warranty eligibility.
Are your range hoods compatible with recirculating venting?
Many of our range hood models are convertible. With the purchase of specific charcoal filters, you can convert a ducted unit into a ductless (recirculating) system.
